Description:
You will have 2 partners. To each you will send 50 stickers, the twist is that AT LEAST 25 of them (more if you wish, but not less) will be on the outside of the envelope as decoration. The other 25 (or more is you wish) will be inside the envie. "Tinies" stickers will count as 1, only for the OUTSIDE of the envelope. 3 "Tinies" stickers will count as 1 , if they are INSIDE the envelope. @ue you really shouldn't be worried about joining new swaps when you have 2 1s. And you can't join because you are suspended. Looks like admin did it manually because you only have 2 1s, so double profile is my best guess.

Do the stickers inside need to be sheets? Or are flakes and loose stickers okay?

Sticker flakes and loose stickers are allowed. Sheets are ok too
