Ok I love Valentine's Day and love Vintage so I thought this would be the perfect swap. Make one ATC for your partner. This should have a vintage look to it and be in honor of Valentines Day. It can have a heart, or say Happy Valentine's Day or have a couple on it, just so it convey's Valentine's and Vintage. I have a hard time describing things so I hope this is clear, if not please do not hesistate to PM me. Must have a 4.9 rating and no recent no-sends. NO FLAKERS ALLOWED!! USA/Canada only but feel free to make an International one if you desire. Also I did a search and didn't find any swaps of this kind so I hope I am not stepping on anyones toes.

Is this for seasoned swappers only or will you be allowing unrated swappers?
