February Birthdays Gift & Card INTERNATIONAL

This swap is for people who have birthdays in February!

You will send a birthday card and small gift to one partner. The gift should be worth at least $5. Check their profile for ideas and try to send something based on that.

I shall open two of these swaps, one for US and one for International. This is the INTERNATIONAL swap.
