Do you love mushrooms? Do you stalk the illusive fungi through dirt and leaf litter? Can we find you belly down in the grass looking at what the rain brought in? If so then show of what you have found! Tell us about your mushroom hunting adventures or that one great find that makes you smile whenever you think of it. Send your partner at least 2 photos that you have taken of mushrooms and any mushroom stories you have. For an extra point if you have any good recipes involving mushrooms, mushroom blogs, or book recommendations send those too! You will have 5 swap partners. I do do do love mushroom hunting. It's the only thing that's going to get me through another frigid winter, I'm afraid!!! I'm thinking about joining, but I've GOT to get some things done around this place!

Understood! I am not looking forward to winter either...hoping I can get int at least one more good mushroom hunt before it gets too cold

This swap sounds like fun because I would love to get into mushroom hunting, but I am not currently sure how to do so. Anyone have any tips or directions you can point me in so I could begin maybe?

@SKKCreations well it depends on what you are hunting the mushrooms for, if you are like me and hunt them down mainly for photography...spend as much time crawling in the dirt after the rain as possible, wooded areas preferred! If you want to hunt them for food, research...lots of research, plus I suggest finding a local mushroom group or expert to tutor under since it is quite literally a life or death endeavor

Hmm.. it says 5 partners but I only have a list of 4 on mine. Does this happen often? I'm kind of new to swapping.

Don't worry, it's just because not enough people signed up for five partners. You only have to send to 4.
