Description:

I want to put together a Friendship Recipe Book. What is that? Well that's what I'm calling my newest project. Here's what I'm going to do:

Take a large notebook/scrapbook and fill it with recipes from people around the world. But I want it to be creative and unique. So here are the swap's requirements:

Recipe Theme: What's For Dinner (anything you might make for dinner - chicken, beef, pork, casseroles, bbq, vegetarian, etc)

Send to each of your 3 partners:

3 recipes (fitting this swap's theme) written on - stationery paper! (anything pretty and letterset sized, approx. 8.5x5.5inches - you can even type 2 on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper in landscape and cut in half, then decorate) Can be (clearly) hand written or typed. The paper can not be plain. It must have some kind of design on it. (nothing important written on the back please as I want to glue mine into a notebook or scrapbook. Thanks!)

Also send!

1 intro "letter" written on a blank recipe card! Include your name, interests, etc and mailing/email address if you would be interested in exchanging more letters/recipes with your partner.

So as you can see this is kind of a combined recipe exchange/Friendship page swap. With a twist :P

If there is enough interest I would love to make this a regular swap. Feel free to post below your opinions and ideas on how I can make this a great repeat swap. Thanks!

Please note the changes that I've made since the last swap.

1- Theme requirement

2- # recipes to be sent per partner

3- Size requirement

Could we include our name, city, state/province & country to the bottom of the recipes - that way we will remember who sent them - this is just a suggestion that I thought of when I received the first recipe book swap and I printed my partners name on the paper.

Well that info's already included on the recipe cards (or should be). If we want to add any extra info to the actual recipe then I think we can just do that ourselves when we get them. But thanks for the suggestion Donna :)
