If you like your Christmas creepy and your merriment macabre then this swap is for you. You will create 1 creepy ornament for 1 partner. This is for a Handmade Macabre Tree Ornament created using whatever medium you specialize in but please make sure that it is durable. Therefore NO paper ornaments. You can make the ornament from scratch or significantly alter an existing ornament or object. Either way you must spend time and effort on the ornament so that it is worthy to hang on a tree. Your ornament should be creepy, sinister or macabre. Maybe creepy little handmade dolls, images of anatomy or sinister beings encased in glass, skeletons, skulls, fake body parts in jars, embellished Barbie parts, vintage or antique doll heads, Frozen Charlottes in coffins, Edgar Allan Poe inspired etc However, DO NOT USE real body parts, skin, bodily fluids, or animals. That would be icky. Also check your partners profile for allergies and dislikes or phobias. As the ornament will be hanging from a tree a bit of sparkly stuff for when your ornament catches the light won't hurt but that's entirely up you. Size wise I would say make something between 3''- 5'' in height. Please create a beautiful but creepy tree ornament that you would love to display yourself. Make it durable so it will last for years to come and also, as it is a tree ornament do not forget to add a suitable hanging. Remember to pack your ornament well so that it does not get damaged in the post. Serious swappers only please as I am not able to angel this swap. You must have a 4.9 rating or higher to join. I will check profiles thoroughly before assigning partners and ban any suspicious swappers. For inspiration checkout creepy and macabre artwork on flickr and etsy.
