$3 Kawaii Swap International

This is a small Kawaii Swap, where you will send something Kawaii to 3 partners valued around $3. The item(s) that you send can be loose items (ex. sticker flakes, letter sets, memo sheets), handmade items (Please Note: If you send something handmade the items must be of good quality, something that would sell on Etsy), or bought items such as a Sticker Sack, a Mini Memo Pad etc. It's up to you what you send, as long as the value is aroud $3. This swap is not profile based, but please do not send anything sloppy, used, dirty etc. You must have a rating of 4.9 or above in order to join. And you must have been participating in postal mail swaps (e-mail swaps and internet based swaps do not count) at least once before. Sorry to be so strict, but there are flakers out there so I have to set some rules. Happy Swapping! :)
