Comment: I really hate giving this rating, because Sandy and I had connected so well via email. I understand her disability as well, which is why I've waited so long to give this rating, hoping that a tote bag would show up. But nothing has. I'm really sorry, Sandy. If you actually did mail it, please email me and I will change this rating, or even if you haven't yet mailed it, if you email me and put it in the mail next week, I will change this rating to a 5.
