Comment: Just going through and archiving completed swaps and realized i never received this package. will re rate if it ever arrives

Comment: The deadline to send this swap was August 31. As of September 16, the date of this rating, its status is still “not sent” and I have received nothing. I never received any communication that the swap would be late or that Milla was having problems with the swap. Also, I can see that Milla was rated a 1 once before and claimed she was “surprised” because she never received a message from her partner. Unlike that situation (the veracity of which I doubt, because she was never re-rated), I wrote her a message on September 8 regarding this issue, but I received no response. Flaking is never acceptable, but flaking on an expensive swap is extra awful.
