Comment: I have sent communication asking for a resend in mid November and on Jan. 15th, 2024. As of Feb. 17, 2024, the Jan one remains unread. In an earlier msgs, mid November, you stated that the original had been returned to you because of postage and address issues. You said you were going to send out again ASAP. I replied I would be on the lookout for it and let you know when it got here. I have not received this swap as of today. I am willing to change rating once swap is received. Please reach out to me and resolve this!
