Comment: Sorry...I waited a long time for this since it was coming from overseas and you said it takes awhile. Since you are good about communication, I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you have so many low ratings now...all with the same excuse about the postal service in Italy. No way it can be THAT bad. You promised to resend in February, but I haven't received anything. If I ever receive anything, I will gladly re-rate.

Comment: I contacted you regarding I did not recieve this swap from you. You told me you were making a complaint with you PO because I was not the only one who did not receive a package. You also told me it takes 30days for me to receive your package On Jan 30th I still did not receive anything. You said that you resent on that day. It's now Feb 29th and I still have not recieved anything from you. My family and I are really dissapointed. :{....If I ever do receive anything I will re-rate.
