Comment: I hate to do this because I don't like bing the mean guy by giving a rating of "1" but I also don't like not ever getting a swap :( I haven't got your letter and I wrote you an email about it but you haven't even been on here since March... I will rerate if I hear from you and recieve a letter in the future.

Comment: I contacted gigisays after a few weeks passed because I hadn't received anything (ship by date of March 9). She said she shipped it late and not until March 23. I have sent her two more emails letting her know nothing has arrived and haven't heard back. It is now April 14. If something arrives, I will change my rating.
