Comment: I'm really disappointed, this was a big undertaking and I feel ripped off. When I last contacted you, you said you would be sending it in 1 week, that was Nov. 26. I understand it's the holidays and it's a busy season, so if you do get it finished and I receive it, I'd be happy to change the rating.
