Comment: Did not meet the swap specifications.I had to pay postage to even get the swap in the first place. Sent mini memo's rather than the Loose Memos (4x6) that the swap called for. I PM'd the person that I was going to have to rate a 3 since it didn't meet the requirements. The response I got was to go ahead and do it. She said she could've made up for it and I told her I never said she couldn't but still have not received the other memos. So I am left with no choice but to downrate on this swap =(
