I have been very patient to wait for your response and to rate only after you have replied me. I appreciate you sent me the second mail and I will rerate once I get that.
Response: Your assessment is very unfair. Yes, I agreed to put it up, but all the arguments you provide have been refuted by me. we are about 6,500 km apart! I have no influence on what happens with the parcel when I put it in the letterbox. I never had a grudge when I received something damaged because I know that the sender has no influence on it after it has been sent. Of course, I cannot demand the same approach from others. However, the fact that I did not meet the exchange conditions is not true. I did not send you pieces of paper, but stickers prepared by me. If you prefer items originally packed and straight from the store, it is worth including it in the profile description. The description of the replacement states that the ribbon/lace samples should be at least 30 cm. I always check these details carefully so don't tell me it was a small piece. And I repeat once again, I have no influence on how the post office works in my country, and also in the whole world. I have sent another package because the previous one did not satisfy you. It should be a pleasure for us ... I haven't met such a demanding person here yet. I'm sorry I didn't satisfy you. Apparently, I wasn't very generous.

I really love the black and white images you included, especially the girl looking up and to the right! She is fantastic! I just got some watercolor pens and I will see how they act of that lovely textured paper piece you sent. And I absolutely will use those little envelopes and will reuse the fourth one!
