Comment: Thank you for such a pretty postcard. I'm sorry, but I think I have to rate 3 because the send by date was Dec. 11. You marked "sent" on Dec. 15. The card arrived today and the poststamp date is Dec. 24. Update Jan 28: Thank you for your very gracious message regarding this swap. I understand this 3 is disappointing, but greatly appreciated the way you handled your response. I really think a 13 day delay forces me to rate a 3, but I'd give you a 5 for your response. Happy to swap with you in the future.
Response: I respect every opinion! I I think that my rating may be "4" not "3". I previously wrote you that Russia had great holidays and a card I took to the post office on time. Since my post office in the village is very small, it could be delayed.... so I sent you a Christmas card and decorated them with stickers)) I think I do all rules in this swap)))
