Update: (June 16) After three years you contact me and ask if you can make this swap up, and without thinking I PM'd you and told you that you could as long as it meets swap requirements, but then I thought I would check out your profile. What I found makes me angry. You wrote that you were having financial problems and your partner, me, said it was ok not to send which isn't true. I PM'd you time and time again and you gave me zero response. To write that now just so I will lift your rating is outrageous. Don't bother sending the swap, and your rating stays as it is as you lied before and you are lying again. **(June 17) You know, you can continue to manipulate this anyway you want, but I was willing to let you make the swap up until I read you said that I said it was alright for you to make it up! You can ask my sister, I was upset about not receiving this swap, (which generally I don't) and your one of the reasons I don't do journal swaps anymore. Had you actually wrote that to me in the first place, I would have worked something out with you, ( you could ask @moonillussions about that). I put a lot of work into the journal I sent my partner.
