Response: This was incredibly fun to put together, even more-so because I had the freedom to hand-make and personalize so much of it - a nice challenge! I'm really happy that you enjoyed the end result! :D
Response: Haha - I'm glad you liked them; they were a lot of fun to make and the idea made me smile! :)
Response: I'm SO glad you liked it - it was a bit of an experiment for me, so I'm really glad it was a success! Happy to swap with you anytime~ :)
Response: I'm glad you liked everything! When you have a big canvas bag like that you can fit quite a bit in there - I rarely ever use plastic bags at all anymore (but it can get kind of heavy! lol). :D
Response: I'm so glad you liked the earrings (I was worried that that they'd be too long for your liking). I let my mum read that story and she wanted a copy. lol xD
Response: It would have been nice to get a comment - ESPECIALLY on this particular swap. Sigh. Oh well..
Response: I'm glad you liked it! I actually have 3 more of those zombie key-rings (if you feel like doing a private swap sometime I'd be happy to send them!), but didn't know they were from that particular game (I've heard a bit about it over the years but never actually played it). As for the bookmark, what a lucky guess about the blue and black! :D I know what you mean about the little bag too, I have a bunch of organza bags lying around (mostly those ordinary ones you get everywhere), but those round plump pouch ones (as well as these cute sort of square, tatty ones I have) are my absolute favorites! :D Anyway, I'm super chuffed that you liked everything ~ thanks for the great comment! :D
Response: lol - I'm guessing for this "non-rectangular bookmark" swap there were probably a few of these ones going around! :D
Response: Otis ~ how cute! LOL. I'm glad you could make use of some of the DE-stash items anyway! :D
Response: I'm so glad the gifts were received well! I'd love to hear what you think of The Thorn Birds after you've read it too, if you get the time and feel up to it (it's a fantastic book so I hope you'll enjoy it!). Happy birthday! :)
Response: SO glad you could use everything and that you enjoyed the stones- they were actually part of my stash and though I kept them around because they were pretty, I had no-one to send them to until you came along and then they just seemed perfect! :)
Response: I don't blame him - Cherry Ripe is just gorgeous! I'll remember to include some extra in that 1on1! ;)
Response: ooh - I'm so happy to hear that you received everything well; it was fun picking out things from my stash to send you! :D
Response: I'm so glad you liked it! The presentation was such a pain to pack in such a way that things wouldn't roll around and mess it up; so when I'd pack it I sort of shook it around and turned it upside down and stuff, then lifted the lid to see if everything was still in place. LOL. Hopefully it really did arrive like I packed it! It's good you liked the choccies too - i chose things I myself love (with my exceptionally picky taste). :D
Response: What a lovely comment! I'm so glad that the images are to your liking and will come to some use in your art! :)
Response: I've always been a bit picky about the stamps I buy - I like ones that are sort of 'out of the ordinary' that you know many people wouldn't have and thus, when you create something from them it will be extra special, you know? Anyway, I'm really happy to hear that you received them well and can use them! :)
Response: Thank you - it took a while (and a bunch of duds!) but I had a lot of fun stamping these all out, so I'm glad you liked them. Have fun creating! :)
Response: So glad you liked the Egyptian stuff (even the touristy pen? lol)! My brother actually travels all over the world, he's even climbed mount Everest during one of his treks to Nepal in the past! I made him swear that next time he goes to Egypt he'll take me with (he told me he thinks I'll die because it's really not the place for a germaphobe like me. LOL). I hope your sister likes the ring - she sounds so cute! :)
Response: lol, the lip gloss was pure luck! I have to agree that it has a lovely scent too - I'm just hoping it doesn't end up giving you green lips or something! That or you won't be able to keep the guys off you after one kiss (I want another taste! So limey! LOL) - which I'm sure will be difficult to bear! ;D Anyway, I'm so glad you liked everything I sent; I have to admit that this package was a lot of fun to put together simply for the challenge of finding things in lime green! Hugs! :)
Response: I'm really glad the CD was a hit; I absolutely adore Sonata - can't beat them for catchy tunes (and so amazing live!)!
Response: It was only the second card I ever made (and the first time I ever embossed; I didn't even test it anywhere first! lol), so I was a bit nervous about making it, but the idea was there and it turned out pretty good - I'm so glad you liked it! :)
Response: I hope I've managed to get you some things you'll like! Looking forward to your thoughts. :)
Response: Hehe, thanks! :D
Response: Glad you liked them! I was worried that the swap had gotten lost in the mail..
Response: It was funny writing about summer when we're still in winter here, but enjoyable thinking of all the things I have to look forward to when summer does eventually roll around!
That stupid breakdown nearly turned me off holidays altogether (seriously!), but then I just thought about all the fantastic craft shopping I can do when on holiday.. :D
Response: I'm glad you liked them, though I would have preferred sending a picture of my doggy as a puppy instead (he was so akward - his ears were much too big for the rest of his body), I didn't have any pics on my pc & still need to buy a digital camera.
Thanks for the heart, Jay!
Response: I'm glad you liked them! Australia has some very cute baby animals! :)
Response: Thanks so mush or the heart! Woohoo - my first! :D
