Comment: I received today. Thank you for sending. I have to rate a 3 since it was sent so late. I contacted you on November 24th to say I had not received the swap you marked as sent on the 6th. You told me that my swap was still sitting on your desk and you would get it out right away. It has been almost two weeks since that message and I still have received nothing. I now see that you have not logged on since that day either. I see other people have rated you for this swap, so why wasn’t my swap sent with everyone else’s? If I receive anything I’ll rerate.
