Comment: You didn't send a penpal letter, all you sent was the other stuff. It is a PENPAL swap, so a penpal letter is required. There is no good excuse for not sending the letter. You told me when I contacted you about it that you didn't think you were supposed to send one because you didn't get a letter from the person who sent to you. I'm sorry, but I don't want a letter from you at this point. When I brought this issue to your attention, you didn't immediately offer to send a letter, all you did was tell me why you didn't send one and apologized like saying sorry would make the problem with the swap go away. Your logic about not sending the penpal letter is absurd. It is kind of ridiculous to think you don't have to send a penpal letter in a penpal swap. I see your other ratings are good and it is sad that I have to give you a three for not meeting the simple requirements of the swap. The only positive thing I can say is the other stuff sent did meet requirements, and I liked them.
