Comment: As the other partner says the letter did not meet the swap requirements. Really short, a simple photocophy without a name, nothing extra, totally cold and unpersonal. Sincerely i don't understand it in a penpal swap... That isn't the way for finding friends... Totally dissapointment, a rude message from Julia and well... nothing more to say, i think that is the most unpersonal swap i've ever received... without words...

Comment: This did not meet the swap requirements. The requirements were to send a letter more than 2 pages long and something extra for a new penpal. I got a photocopied, one page typed form letter (the exact same letter as the other partner) that didn't even have my name on it. There was nothing else included in the swap. The swapper was also rude when I tried to work out the situation through private message. Very disappointing.
