Comment: The reason I am giving a 3 is that I did receive the original envelope, but it had been ripped in transit so the letter had fallen out. Contact from partner when it was delayed in arriving was great, had intent of doing a resend but still have not received anything. Has not replied to messages in a while when I've contacted to see if she was still going to resend
