Response: Yes, go online and check it out. I took spinning (not the exercise class) I learned everything that takes place after shearing up to spinning. I can use a drop spindle but because I am left handed I had a hard time with the spinning wheels. My daughter does the week in the summer they do for kids it's awesome. Drive by there everyday on the way to and from work.
